When will my order arrive

Please allow 1 business day for order processing and verification, and an additional 2-5 business days for delivery.

I no longer want what i bought. Can I get a refund or make an exchange?

There are no returns, no exchanges, no refunds. All sales are FINAL.

When do you update your online shop?

We currently update our inventory as needed. If a specific item you are requesting is out of order please sign up for our email list to be notified of restocks on selected items.

When are the Limited Edition items released?

Previously released Editions of the Showcase Hoodies will be available one week before any upcoming Untouched Artist Showcase until supplies last.

Do you re-stock your inventory?

Yes, we will re-stock some of our inventory items as needed. Please make sure to frequently check back for the items you desire if it is not available at the time you have requested.

I added an item to my cart, but it’s already sold out.

Our online products are sold on a first come, first served basis. While you are in the process of checking out, another customer may have completed the purchase of the last available item.

 How do I register for the Untouched Artist Showcase?

First, head over to the Showcase Registration Page to register, then you will be directed to the Slot Selection page to finalized your selection. 

Do Artist have to pay for slots?

Yes, there is currently a performance fee for Artist Slots but we offer all Artist the opportunity to make any expenses back through ticket sales.

Is signing a Performance Contract mandatory?

Yes, all performing Artists are required to sign a contract. A Parent and/or Guardian is required to co-sign for any Artist under 21.
